Can Agentic AI Make CI Faster, Cheaper, Better?
Wednesday September 16, 2026 1:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
CI is bought twice: first the data subscriptions, then the manual work of synthesizing them. Two expensive purchases that still leave a team working from the same incomplete picture, where records are stale, signals late, and a shift in the landscape means doing much of the work again. That is why CI has always had to pick two of faster, cheaper and better. This session shows what changes when one system holds both layers: a data layer that is broader and fresher, and an agentic layer that turns an objective into a complete, cited analysis. Faster, cheaper, better, all three, with the team's time going to judgment rather than assembly. Live demos of Ferma's agentic AI suite, including a competitive landscape built on stage.

Key takeaways
  • Why buying data and buying synthesis still leaves a team working from an incomplete picture
  • What changes when the data layer and the agentic layer become one system
  • Why a refresh stops meaning doing much of the work again from scratch
  • A competitive landscape, built live on stage, on a disease the room picks

From fragmented data and outputs, to integrated, decision-ready insight
Wednesday September 16, 2026 2:10pm - 2:40pm EDT
Competitive Intelligence has long played an essential role in informing pharmaceutical decision making, yet its impact often remains uneven across functions and stages of the value chain. As data volumes grow and AI enabled technologies advance, organizations face a critical challenge: transforming intelligence from fragmented outputs into integrated, decision ready insight that drives meaningful action.

This session explores how Competitive Intelligence can evolve from a traditional information provider into a trusted strategic thought partner, embedded across R&D, Commercial, Market Access, and Corporate Strategy. Drawing on Trinity’s integrated approach, we will examine how connecting disparate data sources, breaking functional silos, and applying technology with purpose can deliver actionable clarity, earlier decisions, and sustained competitive advantage.

Attendees will gain practical perspectives on where CI is currently underutilized, how leading organizations are redefining CI’s role across functions, and what it takes to align people, process, and technology to unlock enterprisewide value. Join us to learn how an integrated CI ecosystem can move beyond dashboards and reports to spark smarter decisions, sooner - across the full pharmaceutical value chain.

From Four Hours to Fifteen Minutes: Rebuilding CI Monitoring With a Pharma CI Team
Wednesday September 16, 2026 3:25pm - 3:55pm EDT
  • Why a Competitive Intelligence lead described the monitoring service they were receiving as reading like it was written by ChatGPT.
  • The engineering approach behind a 3-month rebuild of how CI teams at a pharma company monitor competitive landscapes.
  • How time-to-report on earnings calls and congress readouts was cut from four hours to fifteen minutes.

From Signals to Stakeholder Impact: ADN CI Platform as the Next-Generation CI Operating Model for Pharma
Wednesday September 16, 2026 4:00pm - 4:30pm EDT

  • Pharma CI needs an operating model, not just more data - CI teams already have access to multiple databases, news feeds, internal documents, and vendor reports. The real challenge is converting fast-moving competitive signals into validated, decision-ready intelligence that reaches the right stakeholders before business decisions are made.

  • ADN CI Platform connects the full CI workflow from signal to stakeholder impact: We will show how ADN CI Platform supports the complete CI operating lifecycle: signal detection, triage, KIT/KIQ-driven monitoring, analyst drafting, CI Lead review, client approval, stakeholder dissemination, and repository reuse.
  • AI-enabled efficiency with human-validated intelligence governance: We will discuss how LLMs can accelerate monitoring, summarization, synthesis, and draft generation, while human expertise remains central for validation, strategic interpretation, approval, and controlled dissemination in a pharma CI environment.

Panel: Design AI Workflows Intelligence Teams Actually Trust
Wednesday September 16, 2026 4:30pm - 5:15pm EDT
  • Identify where AI can—and cannot—add value across the R&D CI workflow, from monitoring emerging science, competitors, new targets and technologies to synthesizing signals and supporting strategic initiatives and partnering decisions.
  • Examine what it takes to trust AI-generated intelligence in high-stakes R&D decisions, including source validation, transparency, data quality, hallucination risk and the role of human scientific expertise in interpreting and challenging AI outputs.
  • Explore how R&D CI teams can combine AI with human judgment to move from information gathering to strategic foresight, connecting fragmented scientific and competitive signals to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate threats and help R&D leaders make better decisions.

What Didn't Work: Two Failed Attempts at Building AI for CI
Thursday September 17, 2026 9:20am - 9:50am EDT
  • Why monitoring thousands of sources simultaneously is the most straightforward part of CI monitoring.
  • Why picking the dozen events from a day's output that are insightful to a single asset is hard, and combining them into a continuous strategic analysis almost impossible.
  • The engineering approaches Pharosyn tried and abandoned, and the final system now in use by CI teams at pharma companies

Agentic Competitive Intelligence: A Case Study Lens in Multiple Myeloma & Digital Doctor Twins
Thursday September 17, 2026 11:15am - 11:45am EDT
The voice of the doctor is central to every pharma commercial workflow, including competitive intelligence. This need is especially apparent in Multiple Myeloma, arguably an indication with one of the most complex lines of therapy. Capturing this currently requires running a study, going through MLR and waiting months for a static PDF that hides the depth in this doctor's voice behind a statistic. But what if, you could get your competitive insight instantly, from this doctor's digital twin? Medisights enables pharma commercial teams by building this layer of agentic intelligence, backed by real, deep HCP conversations.
